Green Loans

The Green Loans Program is a new Australian Government initiative that will help Australian families to install solar, water saving, energy efficient and energy saving products in their homes.

The first step in qualifying for a Green Loan is to register for a Home Sustainability Assessment. This is a free independent assessment of your home by a qualified expert assessor, who has a working knowledge of how to improve your home's environmental performance such as energy consumption, heating and cooling. The assessor will then provide professional and practical advice on affordable improvements that will make your home more environmentally friendly and save you money.

Once you receive your Home Sustainability Assessment, you will be able to implement energy saving measures recommended in the assessment report with a Green Loan of up to $10,000 that is interest free for up to a maximum of four years.
